So, why make a website dedicated to a game that is over two decades old and didn’t receive a great reception? Well…

I first played OverBlood 2 as a kid when it came out in the UK – around 2001. It was different enough for me to enjoy playing but I didn’t get very far and couldn’t find a walkthrough anywhere to help.

The game sat on my shelf for a few months until I decided to perceiver and complete my own walkthrough in the process – which I did. I never actually got around to typing it up, so instead I left an email address on various game forums for people to contact me if they had any questions.

For a few years I would occasionally receive messages from players around the world wanting help with the game. As play-through videos on YouTube became more popular, this happened less often.

That is until mid 2017, when I received an email with the subject line; “OverBlood 2”. After an exchange of emails with a gamer from Austria, I learned there was still no walkthrough written in English for the OverBlood 2. I also noticed the videos on YouTube were also missing some items and locations.

With that in mind, I thought it would be a fun project to go back and replay this obscure title that I enjoyed as a kid. And of course, finally write that walkthrough.

So here is the end result; a website dedicated to a game which most people either never saw or weren’t impressed with.
