Summary

Having successfully escaped Jamelgalda thanks to Acarno and Chris’ rescue efforts, Dr. Cutris is reunited with his old friends Navarro and Raz.

Following the team’s first – and unsuccessful – attempt to get the Hull Drive working, Hosaka comes clean and reveals his position as a founding member of the activist group known as “The Children of Earth”.

Meanwhile, Project Meridian is ready for operation and will be launched in three days. However, this plan is not yet known by the team or Rayuchi Hayano, as Zeno goes rogue.

Acarno decides it’s time to take a break from it all, and once again finds himself in East Edge City – but this time without any real plan.

To progress any further you must trigger a specific cut scene in order to meet a new character, Brewster the Orphan.

After a long cut scene you regain control of Acarno back in East Edge outside of D-NA Bar. Before doing anything else, there is another quick treasure hunt to participate in and also a crucial item you will need;

1; Starting at D-NA Bar, head to the bottom of the screen.
2; At Temjin Burger, head to the restaurant's kiosk (under the illuminated sign). Interact with the kiosk and select "Buy", then purchase a BANANA (it will become clear why soon). Head back off-screen the way you came.
3; Once again at D-NA Bar, head past Raz's vehicle and around the back of the bar.
4; At the Entrance to Pumpkin Hall, head past the doors to the club and conitnue towards the left of the screen.
5; Head to the top right of your screen at Subway Intersection.
6; Arriving at Dead End Bridge, interact with the only person walking around to find out about another item which can be found in East Edge City. Head back the way you came. With reference to "Odroy Museum" - this is the only instance in the game the Museum of East Edge is called by this name.
7; Back at Subway Intersection, head back the way you came moments earlier (to the bottom right of the screen).
8; At the Entrance to Pumpkin Hall, head past the doors to the club and conitnue towards the right of the screen.
9; Once again at D-NA Bar, head down the stairs on the right of the screen.
10; At the Harbour Steps, head to the right of the screen.
11; Arriving at Museum of East Edge, examine the ground on the right of the street lamp to collect 2 INSTANT PLATES. Head back the way you came.
12; At the Harbour Steps, head up the stairs.
13; At D-NA Bar, head to the left of your screen - past the robot.
14; Continue heading to the left of your screen as you pass through Under Clock Tower.
15; You're now at Basilica Intersection - head towards the left of the screen.

As a side note - you may be wondering why your most recent treasure hunt did not involve Siver Otakki, who is still present in this area. Talking with him will bring up some dialogue that will make sense later on in this Episode.

The orphan; Now you understand why the BANANA was purchased earlier. If you do not have this item in your inventory, you will have to buy one from Temjin Burger and return to this location to proceed any further.

Follow the orphan; When you regain control of Acarno, head in the direction he is facing.
Entering Gloom Alley; You are now at Array Bridge. If you had entered this area previously the man would not allow you to proceed into Gloom Alley, however now you can go past by interacting with him. Once you are ready to proceed, select "Of course" following the dialogue.

Once the man has moved out of your way, head into Gloom Alley and proceed forwards up the road until you trigger another cut scene.
